Summer Camp begins June 23. Information will be ready in the early spring.

Later in the year, you will need to know what to do about classes during our crazy weather patterns. Always check the weather before you leave the house. We may need jackets, boots or sunhats that you weren't expecting .

Snow Days:

Even if there is little or no snow where you are, there may be a foot or more here. Renaissance Preschool follows the Douglas County School District 's storm schedule. If it snowed last night check the storm closure schedules on the TV. Look for any of the following captions: Douglas County , Parker area, or Renaissance Preschool, Parker.

Any snow day called for Douglas County School system will also be a snow day for us. Announcements will specify Douglas County or the Parker area if the storm is isolated to this area. Renaissance Preschool, Parker , will show in the isolated chance that we feel that the general conditions are dangerous for our children and our staff, but the school district has not yet called for a snow day.

There will be no school or before/after care on a snow day. You can also check the following:

Call the Parker Area hotline 303-805-6767 or use the District's web site ( www.dcsd.k12.co.us ) for easy access to updated schedule information on our school. Any weather-related schedule changes will be posted by 5:00 a.m.

Late Start Days:

On days where the reports indicate a late start for the school, preschool will start at 9:30 . Before and after care will begin the same time. Please do not arrive before that time. Our teachers are traveling from across the entire metro area and need time to arrive safely.
